Information About Return Conditions
You can return the product(s) you have purchased  within 15 days from the date of delivery  without giving any reason under the following conditions:
  1. You must complete this return request form and send the product(s) you wish to return using the VS Return Code provided by our contracted courier company listed below. If you provide the VS Return Code to the courier company, we will cover the shipping costs, and you will not need to provide a return address. We kindly request that you include the VS Return Code and your Customer Order Number on the product box in a manner that is easily visible, legible, and indelible for the courier.
  2. For shipments made with companies other than contracted cargo companies, payment must be made by you, otherwise the shipment will not be received.
  3. If the customer returns the product, the price of the product will be refunded within fifteen (15) days from the date we receive the notification of the right of withdrawal. If the Buyer fails to pay the shipping fee due to the campaign, and the order is cancelled, the seller has the right to deduct the shipping fee from the total sales price.
  4. When a product with a paid shipping fee is returned, only the amount stated on the invoice will be refunded; the paid shipping fee will not be refunded.
  5. Returns will not be accepted if the original package, box and packaging (e.g. perfume, gift sets, etc.) included in your order are damaged, not all of the accessories delivered to you were sent completely, the products in your order were used and their resalability was impaired, and the return shipment was not sent in its own special box.
  6. There is no legal right of withdrawal for the following Products, even if they have not been used:
    • Products or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the Seller,
    • Products prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs (those that are customized to the person/personal needs by making changes/additions),
    • Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene because their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened, used or tried on after delivery, products such as perfumes, body sprays, body creams, body oils, body lotions, panties, silicone bras, corsets, bodysuits, teddy, babydolls, all underwear sets, lipsticks and face masks, peelings, scrubs, etc.
    • Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,
    • Services that begin to be performed with the Buyer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period,
  7. Only unused bikini bottoms and swimsuits with hygiene tape inside, products that are delivered in their original packaging without any damage and that are still resalable are exchanged.
  8. If the product's invoice is issued to a company, you must send it along with a return invoice issued by the company, excluding shipping costs, stating "Product Unit Price + VAT." Otherwise, the product cannot be returned. This return form must also be completed and sent with the return invoice.

  2. The product was delivered incompletely
  3. The product was delivered damaged
  4. The product was defective
  5. The product is different from the picture
  6. I didn't like the product
  7. Wrong product delivered
  8. Other

Partial returns are not accepted for promotional or promotional items purchased in multiple purchases.

  • In the event of a return, all promotional items must be returned as a single item.
  • Products sold via the website cannot be returned in our stores.
