Fraktpolicy

Activera orders are fulfilled from either our Warehouse or our Täby Store, depending on
product availability and/or delivery destination. We aim to provide a fast, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for all customers.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:
- Sweden
- EU Member States
We do not ship outside the EU at this time.

2. Delivery Options
We work with multiple carriers through Shipmondo, Sendify, allowing you to choose the delivery method that best suits your needs. Available options may vary based on your location and the size of your order.
Typical delivery options include:
- Pick-up Point Delivery (DHL, PostNord, Bring, UPS)
- Home Delivery (door-to-door)
- Business Delivery
- Express Delivery (where available)
- In-Store Pickup at Activera Täby Store (Click & Collect)
All available options will be shown at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 CET, weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next
business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by region and carrier:
Sweden:
- Pick-up point delivery: 1–3 business days
- Home delivery: 1–3 business days
EU:
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Please note: delivery times may be extended during sales periods, product launches, or
high-volume seasons.

5. Shipping Costs
Sweden:
- Free shipping on orders ~870 SEK (80 Euro) and above
- Orders below 870 SEK (80 €): shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.
EU countries other than Sweden:
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout depending on destination and carrier.

6. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
You may collect your order from the Activera Store in Westfield Täby Centrum (in Sweden) during opening hours.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders are generally ready the same day or within 24 hours.
Bring a valid ID with you and your order confirmation when collecting.

7. Returns & Return Shipping
We offer free returns within Sweden and the EU on all unworn items returned in original
condition with tags fully intact.
- Return instructions are included with your order.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may not qualify for a free return. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.

8. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- incorrect address
- failure to collect from a pick-up point more than 2 weeks
- refusal of delivery
a handling fee may be deducted from your refund to cover carrier charges.
